I am very happy with Natural Pediatrics. Doctors and staff are great. Very short wait time. Also they go the extra mile, as we were leaving the office, our car didn’t start, it looked like a battery issue. The lady on the front desk,( I believe her name is Colleen). She came out with her truck and battery cables and helped us out. That was just incredible!

Upon moving to the area 1 1/2 years ago, I researched pediatricians in the area that would be open to both AMA and holistic options for my children’s healthcare. Dr. Lata has exceeded my expectations and I am so grateful to have her as our doctor. She is deeply caring for the children she sees and attentively listens to both the parent(s) and child. She has been instrumental in helping my son navigate his allergy-induced asthma through both necessary prescriptions, as well as diet recommendations and supplementation. Her office is extremely accommodating, professional and helpful. Thank you, Dr. Lata and staff!

Dr. Lata Shridharan is an amazing doctor and a God-send to new parents like us. She is really polite yet professional and is connected to her patients in a personal way too. We interviewed a few pediatricians before choosing Dr. Lata because of her extensive experience in Children’s Hospital of Plano. We love her because she is so polite and has an amazing bedside manner. She even takes calls and talks personally even in odd hours. She would also answer any queries through emails within minutes.

My 7 year old was “diagnosed” as autistic by the administration at his school. Dr. Lata spent several minutes querying my son, and getting to know him. In almost no time, she firmly negated this “diagnosis”, and prescribed a natural omega 3 treatment. This has let him maintain focus and direct his energy to tasks at hand. He is now a model student, and can’t ever wait for his next visit to “his doctor.”

Our first visits were for well child appointments. We appreciated Dr. Shridharan’s gentle approach and respectful demeanor toward myself and my children. She was thorough and asked thoughtful questions. She is supportive of natural approaches and conservative treatments. She does recommend immunizations (which she freely discloses on her website), but did not question when I turned down the flu vaccine. I would not hesitate to take my girls there if they were sick.
We have seen Dr. Lata Shirdharan for almost five months wonderful Dr she explains everything to me about my children health. Really good dr I would recommened her to other parent. Can’t wait till my son is born to bring him there also2

My husband and I visited with Dr. Shridharan prior to our baby being born. now our baby is almost three months old and so far we are both very pleased to have her as our pediatrician. Tho our baby has not gotten sick, from the start she offered her cell phone number to us in case of an emergency. Also, she is flexible with the vaccine schedule which is important to us! we recommend this Doctor!!

She was great. I trusted her option as she explains her reasoning for her decisions. I felt that she listened to my concerns and opinions and responded appropriately and respectfully. She seemed well educated. I will most likely use her for my new son and all of my future children.

I have an account on the Portal “https://mychart.childrens.com/MyChart/PlanOfCare” how ever unable to send any message to Doctor, Tried calling customer care multiple times and have been to wait till I receive a call and get my account is activated .
I would need doctors suggestion to send my child to school in these COVID time , Appreciate if you can call me on my mobile 786 832 0583.

Hi Arun: To sign up to your child’ portal you needs MRN. Call the office and ask for the MRN information. Once you are signed in, there is an option inside the portal for messaging your doctor. Most of our patients use this feature without issues. However if you do face some issues on the portal, please call the children’s customer service (1-866-499-2742).

We’ve been going to this clinic for a couple of months now and every single time it’s been a delight. The staff is very nice and courteous and it never takes too long to be seen, definitely would recommend 10/10.
