Numerous studies in recent years have demonstrated that DIET soda DO NOT helps shed weight. On the contrary, it seems to HELP add weight. Now comes the audacious part from the Soda industry. The soda industry (American Beverage Association) has released a new industry-backed study to show that diet soda drinkers lose weight faster than those who don’t drink any soda.
Tells you, “Beware of what you read. Ask the basic question, What is motivating the study and who is funding them.”
